Licence et utilisation
UV Mate vous accorde une licence personnelle, limitée, non exclusive et non transférable pour utiliser l’application conformément aux règles de l’App Store. Vous restez responsable des informations saisies, de leur exactitude et de vos décisions professionnelles.
Version gratuite et UV Mate Pro
La version gratuite peut comporter des limites d’usage indiquées dans l’application. UV Mate Pro est prévu comme achat intégré unique, sans abonnement, et déverrouille les fonctions présentées au moment de l’achat. La facturation, la restauration et les remboursements sont gérés par Apple selon ses conditions.
Estimations et conseiller matériaux
Les coûts, marges, prévisions, recettes et conseils sont des outils d’aide. Ils dépendent de vos données, de votre équipement et de vos matériaux. Testez toujours les réglages sur un échantillon et suivez les consignes du fabricant. UV Mate ne garantit ni résultat d’impression, ni rentabilité, ni compatibilité matérielle.
Données et sauvegardes
Vous êtes responsable de conserver des sauvegardes adaptées. La synchronisation peut propager les modifications et suppressions entre appareils. Avant une restauration, un effacement ou une opération importante, exportez une sauvegarde vérifiée.
Disponibilité et responsabilité
L’application est fournie « en l’état » dans les limites autorisées par la loi. Nous cherchons à la maintenir fiable, sans garantir un service ininterrompu ou exempt d’erreurs. Notre responsabilité ne peut dépasser ce qu’impose le droit applicable, notamment les droits impératifs des consommateurs.

License and use
UV Mate grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app under App Store rules. You remain responsible for the information entered, its accuracy and your business decisions.
Free version and UV Mate Pro
The free version may have usage limits shown in the app. UV Mate Pro is intended as a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription, and unlocks the features presented at purchase. Apple handles billing, restoration and refunds under its terms.
Estimates and Material Advisor
Costs, margins, forecasts, recipes and advice are decision-support tools. Results depend on your data, equipment and materials. Always test settings on a sample and follow manufacturer guidance. UV Mate does not guarantee print results, profitability or material compatibility.
Data and backups
You are responsible for suitable backups. Sync may propagate changes and deletions across devices. Before restoring, erasing or performing important operations, export and verify a backup.
Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability remains limited to what applicable law requires, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and ending use
Features may change to improve the app, protect security or comply with law. You may stop using UV Mate and uninstall it at any time.

Schätzungen und Materialberater
Kosten, Margen, Prognosen, Rezepte und Hinweise sind Entscheidungshilfen. Ergebnisse hängen von Daten, Geräten und Materialien ab. Testen Sie Einstellungen und beachten Sie Herstellerangaben. UV Mate garantiert weder Druckergebnis noch Rentabilität oder Materialverträglichkeit.
Daten und Sicherungen
Sie sind für geeignete Sicherungen verantwortlich. Die Synchronisierung kann Änderungen und Löschungen übertragen. Exportieren und prüfen Sie vor wichtigen Vorgängen eine Sicherung.
Verfügbarkeit und Haftung
Die App wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt. Ein unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfreier Betrieb wird nicht garantiert. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
